When Does Production Time Officially Start?
Factory production scheduling begins on the next business day after three specific milestones are locked in writing:

Bank wire or verified commercial remittance confirmed.
Written 2D/3D CAD Drawing Sign-Off
Client approves ET, PCD, CB, backspacing, and spoke concavity.
Finish & Hardware Details Locked
Coating color, gloss level, center cap, and packaging finalized.
Estimated Production Lead Times
Real manufacturing timelines derived from actual factory cutting, hand-finishing, and CMM inspection records.
Monoblock Forged
Single-billet 6061-T6 machining, single-stage heat treat, lathe turning, 5-axis milling, and powder finishing.
2-Piece Modular
Separate forged center disk machining, spun barrel prep, two-tone finishing, assembly hardware torqueing, and perimeter seal curing.
3-Piece Specialist
Outer lip polishing, inner barrel coating, center machining, titanium hardware installation, and pressure leak testing.
Forged Dually (DRW 6-Set)
Complete 6-wheel matched set engineering (2 fronts, 2 rear outers, 2 rear inners) with direct 8/10-lug CNC drilling.

Count Cartons & Match Labels
Verify that carton count matches the packing list. Ensure tracking numbers and position labels (Front / Rear) match your invoice.
Photograph Visible Exterior Damage
If any outer box is punctured, crushed, or water-damaged, immediately photograph all angles before cutting factory box tape.
Carrier Driver Damage Notation
Have the courier or freight driver officially log 'Damaged Box' on their delivery manifest or electronic signature pad before signing.
Inspect Wheels Prior to Tire Mounting
Dry-fit bare wheels on vehicle hubs. Never mount tires on a wheel with suspect transit damage, as mounting voids transit liability.
