Can you develop wheels from my own design?
Yes. Start with a sketch, reference image, drawing, 3D file or a design brief. We coordinate concept development, 3D modeling, specification review and vehicle fitment, then confirm the design with you before production.

We work closely with leading Chinese factories specializing in forged aluminum wheel blank raw material production to support reliable manufacturing and consistent material quality. BOYAO coordinates technical development, design specifications, and project communication, serving as your dedicated point of contact throughout the development process.
Do you support OEM, ODM and private label projects?
Yes. We support customer-specified development, new wheel designs and private-label programs. Depending on the project, customization can include wheel styling, fitment, logos, center caps, engraving, model numbering and packaging.
Can I order a single-wheel prototype?
Yes. A single-wheel prototype can be arranged before a full order so you can review the design, surface finish and fitment. Prototype specifications, pricing and timing are agreed separately. The standard production MOQ is four wheels; complete dually packages have their own configuration requirements.
What are your MOQ and production lead times?
The standard MOQ is four wheels. Typical production estimates are approximately 20 days for monoblock wheels and 45 days for 2-piece and 3-piece wheels, counted from drawing approval. Final timing is confirmed with your quotation and depends on the specifications and finish. Shipping time is separate.
What documentation can I review?
Our Certifications & Documents resource includes company-named substance-testing certificates and reports, alongside redacted manufacturing partner references. Partner records may cover production quality assessments, testing equipment, management systems or administrative requirements. They apply to their original holders and stated scopes. Contact BOYAO to confirm current status and documentation relevant to your wheel model, production facility and target market.
What do you need to prepare a quotation?
Send the vehicle year, make and model, wheel diameter and width, design reference, finish, load requirement, quantity and delivery destination. Include your target PCD, offset and center bore if known, plus any brake or suspension modifications. Tell us if you need private labeling or a prototype.
