Yes, absolutely. We welcome and encourage signing a bilateral, legally binding NDA before receiving your proprietary 3D CAD files, styling sketches, or brand assets. We protect your intellectual property with strict data isolation protocols.
Who owns the design rights to custom wheels developed with BOYAO?
You retain 100% exclusive ownership of your proprietary design geometry, brand trademarks, and custom center cap tooling. BOYAO acts strictly as your contract manufacturing facility. We will never sell, lease, or replicate your proprietary designs for other clients.
Can we provide our own 3D CAD files, or do you design from sketches?
Both routes are fully supported. If you have production-ready CAD files (.STEP, .IGES, .X_T), we review them for CNC tool clearance and FEA structural compliance. If you only have hand sketches or reference photos, our design studio can generate complete Class-A 3D surface models for your approval.
Can you manufacture custom billet center caps and branded packaging?
Yes. Complete private labeling includes custom 6061-T6 billet forged center caps (flush, raised, floating, or 3-pin mechanical), laser lip engraving, custom printed 5-ply corrugated export cartons, and branded fabric dust covers. No BOYAO factory marks will appear anywhere.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for private-label projects?
For bespoke project-by-project private label orders, MOQ is 4 wheels (1 car set). For custom-printed export cartons and proprietary billet cap tooling, a pilot commitment of 20 to 40 wheels is recommended to amortize packaging setup fees.
How do you ensure certificates and testing are legitimate?
We provide genuine CMM coordinate measuring inspection reports, ultrasonic billet flaw reports, and raw 6061-T6 aluminum mill certificates specific to your manufacturing batch. We do not use borrowed or falsified certifications.
